GRAND PRIZE (1): A GMC Never Say Never NFL Fan Experience consisting of an average of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to each of the following events; the 2014 NFL Combine, the 2014 NFL Draft, a 2014 NFL Regular Season game, the 2015 Pro Bowl, and Super Bowl XLIX. Each trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. to the applicable destination city, one (1) standard double occupancy hotel accommodation (one (1) room) for two (2) nights, two (2) tickets to the applicable game or event and a $500 gift card for winner only at each game or event. Exact seat locations is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize package = $20,000. Actual prize value may vary based upon location of each game or event and location of winner’s residence. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If winner resides within a one hundred fifty (150) mile radius of a destination city, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Trips must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, may be awarded to an alternate winner. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on same itinerary for each game or event and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. All travel arrangements must be made through travel agent of Sponsor’s selection on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. If any game or event is postponed and rescheduled, the applicable trip will be rescheduled. If any game or event is postponed and not rescheduled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from such game or event. Released Parties (as defined below) reserve the right to remove or to deny attendance to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game or event. The tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. If unused, tickets cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash value or substitute tickets.

Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. to destination city, one (1) standard double occupancy hotel accommodation (one (1) room) for three (3) nights, two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLVIII and a $500 gift card for winner only. Exact seat locations is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV of each First Prize trip package = $4,450. Actual prize value may vary based upon location of winner’s residence. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
