Five (5) Grand Prizes (1) from each market region will be awarded, each consisting of a Sam’s Club gift card in the amount of $1,000. Total retail value of all prizes to be awarded is $5,000. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All Sam’s Club gift card terms and conditions apply to the use of the prizes, and are incorporated herein by reference. Prizes will be distributed 8-10 weeks after confirmation of the affidavit is complete.
