Zillow & Pulte Homes Presents: I Want A New Home! Sweepstakes

An Entrant may have a maximum of three (3) entries into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win the Grand Prize

Grand Prize (1): There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner who may elect to receive only one (1) of the following prizes:

i. A Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollar ($350,000 USD) Retail Credit towards a new Pulte Homes brand home. The Credit may be used towards the purchase of the home itself at retail value, lot premium (if applicable), and Pulte Homes provided options for the home. The Credit may only be used towards a new home in a participating Pulte Homes brand community. The Credit may not be used towards a new home in a Centex, Del Webb or DiVosta brand communities. Further, the Credit may not be used to cover title insurance, survey, transfer taxes, escrow fees, closing costs, homeowner’s insurance, utility and inspection fees, homeowner association dues or fees, mortgage fees, taxes or other fees and expenses associated with acquiring or owning the home; the Grand Prize Winner must pay these fees and expenses when due, which may be at closing on the acquisition of the home or subsequent transfer of title (“Closing”). The Grand Prize Winner must make his/her home selection from a participating Pulte Homes brand community and enter into a Pulte form sales contract for that home within 3 months of the date notified of being the Grand Prize Winner (the “Selection Period”). The Grand Prize Winner may not be represented by a realtor or broker in connection with this transaction. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all travel and other expenses relating to home selection. The choice of a new home is limited to floor plans and lots offered for sale by Pulte in participating Pulte Homes brand communities during the Selection Period. The Grand Prize Winner must meet the age requirements for the specific Pulte Homes brand community, if any. “Retail value” is defined as the list price provided by the Pulte sales office responsible for sales in the community that includes Grand Prize Winner’s selection. Pulte reserves the right to discontinue floor plan offerings at any time. Sponsor will not hold a specific home or a specific lot until Grand Prize Winner executes a Pulte form sales contract with the Pulte Homes sales personnel responsible for sales in the community corresponding to the selection of the Grand Prize Winner. Following execution of a sales contract, the Grand Prize Winner will have 60 days to secure any additional financing (if necessary) and to provide proof of approval for such financing to the Pulte office that executed the sales contract. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for ensuring his/her ability to close on the home selected within 30 days of its completion (or as otherwise set forth in the sales contract) and is solely responsible for meeting future mortgage obligations (if applicable), real estate taxes, utilities and all other costs and expenses. In the event that the Grand Prize Winner selects a home valued below $350,000 (including lot premiums and Pulte Homes provided options), Grand Prize Winner will forfeit the unused portion of the $350,000 Credit. In such case, Grand Prize Winner agrees to execute the sales contract by providing nominal consideration in the amount of $1. The Credit may not be applied to an existing mortgage. Sweepstakes Entities make absolutely no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the value of the home at any time during the Sweepstakes and/or at the time of conveyance of the home to the Grand Prize Winner. The home will be conveyed to the Grand Prize Winner ready for occupancy in its “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” condition as of the date of Closing. Sweepstakes Entities make absolutely no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition of the home or title to the home except for the standard new home warranties specifically set forth in the Pulte Home Contract (defined in Section 7), which the potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign. The Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for transferring all utilities into the Grand Prize Winner’s name at Closing. None of the Sweepstakes Entities shall be responsible for any construction delays, condition of title to the Pulte Home, or other delays regarding the Closing, except as provided in the Pulte Home Contract. In addition, the Grand Prize Winner understands that he/she is and will be solely responsible for any and all current and future federal, state, city, county, and/or other local taxes and similar obligations or amounts due or owing, including but not limited to, income taxes, transaction privilege (sales) taxes, use taxes, and property taxes, and the resulting reporting obligations thereof, as well as all other current and future costs, fees, and expenses associated with the Pulte Homes home, and that Sponsor may, as a condition to Closing, be required by applicable law to withhold/collect and remit to applicable taxing authorities such amounts from the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner understands that he/she will be responsible for all post-Closing homeowner association (“HOA”) fees, real estate taxes, utilities, and other obligations that are associated with owning a residential property. The Grand Prize Winner and Pulte will work in good faith to set a Closing date and an occupancy date. The occupancy date will not be before the Closing date. Fee simple title will be transferred to the Grand Prize Winner at closing.
OR
ii. Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000). The Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000).

To eliminate any chance of confusion, the Grand Prize Winner may select either the Pulte Home or the check in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000), not both.

Bonus Cash Sweepstakes Prize (1): The Bonus Cash Sweepstakes Prize is a check in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) made payable to the Bonus Cash Sweepstakes Prize Winner.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000). The approximate retail value of the Bonus Cash Sweepstakes Prize is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). The approximate retail value of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is Three Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($355,000).
