There will be a total of two (2) Grand Prizes awarded during the Promotion Period, one per Sweepstakes Period. Limit one prize per person/e-mail address.
Sweepstakes Period One: Begins 12:00 a.m. ET on 10/01/11 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/16/11.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip to Los Angeles, California, for winner and three (3) guests on 10/29/11–11/1/11. Trip includes:
(i) round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA (if winner resides within 200 miles of Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no cash difference will be awarded)
(ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, quad occupancy, as selected by Sponsor)
(iii) four (4) tickets to the 18th Annual Dream Halloween® Los Angeles event scheduled to occur on 10/29/11
(iv) four (4) tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood theme park including admission for four (4) to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights®
(v) ground transportation between airport and hotel, and hotel and sponsored events.
ARV: Up to 15,340. Trip must be taken between 10/29/11 to 11/1/11. In the event winner is unable to accept this prize as stated, winner may elect to receive a cash alternative in the amount of $5,000 in lieu of the trip package.
Sweepstakes Period Two: Begins 12:00 a.m. ET on 10/17/11 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 11/1/11.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an Entertainment Room Package, to be awarded as six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500) in Best Buy® gift card(s), which may be used to purchase a Flat Screen TV, Video Game Console, Home Theater System, DVD and video games, and three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) in Visa® reward card(s), which may be used to purchase furniture and decorative accessories. ARV: $10,000. Gift and reward cards are subject to all the terms and conditions and policies imposed by their respective issuers, as well as federal and state laws.
Total ARV for all prizes up to $25,340.
