To Enter:
1. Visit www.wetseal.com (“Entry Site”)
2. Login or join the Wet Seal Fashion Community by going to ‘The Runway,’ ‘My Boutique’ or ‘My Account’ pages.
3. Go to ‘My Boutique’ and create your favorite outfit(s).
4. “Outfit” must include at least three or more items.
5. Tag your outfits with ONE of the following tags per outfit: “The Retro Eighties Dress, The Statement Scarf, Punk Rock Jewelry, The Classic Leather Jacket, Collectible T-Shirts, The Military Jacket, Sky-high Boots, Hip Hop Details, Leggings, Plaid Everything”**
6. Post your outfit(s) to the Runway.
7. Rate the outfits!
8. **Outfits created beginning at 12:01 AM PST on September 28, 2009 through 11:59 PM PST on October 12, 2009 are eligible for the Contest.
9. **Outfits that are not tagged or that are not tagged with a tag exactly as stated above will be disqualified.
