PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
 A. Prizes.
 i. When the 50,000 Fans Threshold into the Sweepstakes is achieved, two (2)
 potential Winners will be selected who will each receive a One Hundred Dollar
 ($100) Vitamin Shoppe® Gift Card.
 ii. When the 75,000 Fans Threshold into the Sweepstakes is achieved, two (2)
 potential Winners will be selected who will each receive a Two Hundred Fifty
 Dollar ($250) Vitamin Shoppe® Gift Card.
 iii. When the 100,000 Fans Threshold into the Sweepstakes is achieved, two (2)
 potential Winners will be selected who will each receive two Vitamin Shoppe® Gift
 Cards each with a facial denomination of Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250) for a
 total value of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars per Winner.
 iv. When the 130,000 Fans Threshold into the Sweepstakes is achieved, two (2)
 potential Winners will be selected who will each receive four (4) Vitamin Shoppe®
 Gift Cards each with a facial denomination of Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250) for
 a total value of One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars per Winner.

 No more than eight (8) Prizes in total will be awarded

 Total ARV: Total ARV of all Prizes is Three Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($3,700).
