PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) grand prize. Prize will be awarded to the lead entry and the three guests he/she selected to be part of the winning entry. The prize is four (4) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to Tokyo, Japan two (2) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for four (4) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor. Transfers to and from the U.S. airport are not included. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Tickets are non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-endorsable. Airport transfers to and from hotel and to Narita International Airport for departure to U.S. are included. Some meals also included, but not all. Winner and guest will be responsible for all expenses not specifically provided as part of the Prize, including but not limited to, carrier surcharges, service charges, local transportation, overnight accommodation prior to or following the travel dates, in order to accommodate flight connections, taxes, insurance, gratuities, some meals, beverages, incidentals and any items of a personal nature. Black out dates may apply. Winner and guest are responsible for procuring appropriate documentation for travel to Japan from the U.S. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize package is $10,000 for each of the themed tours of Japan, depending on exact itinerary.
