Consumers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes when they select to have their 2012 federal income tax refund loaded onto their eligible participating Visa Prepaid card or Visa Payroll card (each, a “Card”) during the Promotion Period. In order to receive an automatic entry, you must have an eligible Card and your Card issuer must have agreed to participate in this promotion with Visa, otherwise you may enter via the 3” x 5” method described below.
