An individual may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting a photo of the person they made smile, along with a short description. Photo must be a jpg or gif format, under 2 MB file size and written descriptions may not exceed 30 words.

One (1) winner will be drawn at 12:00:00, noon (EST) on Friday each week by the Administrator, at random, from among all eligible entries received up until the drawing time. Drawing dates are as follows: October 4, 11, 18, 25, and 31. Non-winning entries will be carried forward for subsequent weekly drawings.

On or about November 7, 2013, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 pm ET during the Entry Period to select one (1) entry as the Grand Prize winner. Any weekly prize winner will remain eligible to win a Grand Prize.

WEEKLY PRIZES (5): Each weekly prize winner will receive a $25.00 Visa® Gift Card. 5 (five) total weekly prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes and the approximate retail value (ARV) of all weekly prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes is: $125.00 USD. An entrant may only win one (1) weekly prize throughout the entire Sweepstakes.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Grand Prize winner will receive a Microsoft Surface™ RT with 32GB memory and Black Touch Cover. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $400.00 USD.
