Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for two (2) to Hawaii. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Honolulu, Oahu; four (4) nights accommodations in an Ocean View room at The Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu (single room double occupancy); winner’s choice of either ground transportation between hotel and airport or a rental car for length of awarded stay; daily breakfast for length of awarded stay (menus determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); the Daily Unlimited Golf Package, which includes unlimited golf each day of awarded stay for winner and guest including cart, on the Arnold Palmer and/or George Fazio Course, or, in lieu of unlimited golf, an $80 credit per guest for each day of awarded stay to be used towards other activities, including spa treatments, horseback riding or helicopter tours; air transportation between Honolulu, Oahu and Kahului, Maui; three (3) nights accommodations in a partial Ocean View room at The Maui Prince Hotel (single room, double occupancy); winner’s choice of either ground transportation between hotel and airport or a rental car for length of awarded stay; and a Maui golf package including unlimited golf for two (2) at the Makena Golf Course during the length of stay (subject to availability). If winner does not meet the rental car requirements, he/she will automatically receive ground transportation between airports and hotels. Winner must complete travel on or before May 31, 2010 or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor is not responsible if any golf activity is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $9,500.00. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value.
