Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for two down the California coast from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Prize package includes coach-class air transportation for two from major airport closest to winner’s home to San Francisco, CA with return travel from Los Angeles, CA to the major airport closest to winner’s home (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a $750 allowance for a premium size rental car for the length of stay (seven days) with pickup at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and drop-off at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX); 2-nights’ accommodations at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, the Westin St. Francis or another comparable hotel as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, double occupancy, standard room; Comprehensive Shuttle San Francisco Tour/Alcatraz Tour with Explore San Francisco (five hour tour); Admission to the following Napa Valley wineries: Kendall Jackson Wine Center and Korbel Winery; 1-night accommodations at the Monterey Marriott or comparable hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, double occupancy, standard room; Admission to the Monterey Bay Aquarium for two; Admission to the Hearst Castle in San Simeon for two; 1-night accommodations at the Hadsten House in Solvang, CA, double occupancy, standard room; a Private tour of over thirty wineries via Santa Barbara Limousines (six hour tour); one night accommodations at Santa Barbara Fess Parker’s Doubletree Resort or comparable hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, double occupancy, standard room; and 1-night accommodations at the W West Hollywood, double occupancy, standard room. Winner may choose to forfeit any elements of prize, but no substitutions or cash equivalent will be provided for prize elements voluntarily forfeited. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. If winner is under twenty-one (21) years of age, travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and winner’s parent/legal guardian. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor is not responsible if any tour is delayed, postponed or cancelled in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and guest are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting the prize and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to, consumption of alcoholic beverages. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $7,000.
