Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for two to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Prize package includes coach-class air transportation for two from major airport closest to winner’s home (airport determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Montego Bay, Jamaica; roundtrip airport transfers; five nights’ all-inclusive accommodations at the Rose Hall Resort in Montego Bay (ocean view room, double occupancy); golf package including one round of golf each day per person; three meals daily including snacks, all beverages, and in-room dining; access to non-motorized water sports; and daily access to the fitness center, tennis courts, pool and beach towels. Winner may choose to forfeit any elements of prize, but no substitutions or cash equivalent will be provided for prize elements voluntarily forfeited. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and winner’s parent/legal guardian. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining any documentation required for international travel, including valid passports. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor is not responsible if any tour is delayed, postponed or cancelled in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and guest are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting the prize and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to, consumption of alcoholic beverages.
