RANDOM DRAWING – PRIZE – ODDS OF WINNING: On January 21, 2014, the Promotion Administrator, an independent judging organization, will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, to award one (1) Grand Prize: a trip for two (2) people to be Buddy Valastro’s guest at the Big Game on February 2, 2014 and at the Taste of the NFL event on February 1, 2014 (Trip Prize”), and a cash award of $4,400 (“Cash Award Prize”).

The Trip Prize will consist of round trip coach air travel for the winner and guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor); one double-occupancy hotel rooms for 4 days/3nights; two (2) tickets to the game; two (2) tickets to the Taste of the NFL event; transportation to/from airport and hotel and all scheduled activities; and $500 spending money. All other expenses not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Trip Prize is $14,700. Actual value will be determined by winner’s residence and seasonal rates. If winner resides within a 150 mile radius of New York City, ground transportation may be provided for winner and guest in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Trip must be taken at a time to be determined by Sponsor, estimated to be January 31, 2013 through February 3, 2014. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations, for any travel insurance and for all trip expenses not specified. Air carriers, hotels and other transportation will be selected by Sponsor.

The Cash Award Prize will be awarded in the form of a check in U.S. currency made payable to the Trip Prize winner. The purpose of the Cash Award Prize is to provide the winner with funds that he/she may apply toward the payment of any income tax liabilities he/she may incur as a result of winning the Trip, or for any other purpose he/she wishes.

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $19,100.
