PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Grand Prizes (3 total; 1 per Entry Period): Each grand prize is a $2,500 (each a “Grand
Prize”). No more than three (3) Grand Prizes, one (1) per Entry Period will be available.
The ARV of each Grand Prize is $2,500.
B. First Prizes (3 total; 1 per Entry Period): Each first prize is a Dyson V8 cordless vacuum
(each a “First Prize”). No more than three (3) First Prizes, one (1) per Entry Period, will be
available. The ARV of each First Prize is $500.
C. Second Prizes (3 total; 1 per Entry Period): Each second prize is a Samsung 50” UHD
TV (each a “Second Prize”). No more than three (3) Second Prizes, one (1) per Entry
Period, will be available. The ARV of each Second Prize is $400.
D. Third Prizes (3 total; 1 per Entry Period): Each third prize is a Ninja Air Fryer Max XL
(each a “Third Prize”). No more than three (3) Third Prizes, one (1) per Entry Period, will
be available. The ARV of each Third Prize is $170.
E. Fourth Prizes (9 total; 3 per Entry Period): Each fourth prize is a $50 Bed Bath and
Beyond gift card (terms and conditions apply) (each a “Fourth Prize”). No more than nine
(9) Fourth Prizes, three (3) per Entry Period, will be available. The ARV of each Fourth
Prize is $50.
F. Fifth Prizes (21 total; 7 per Entry Period): Each fifth prize is a Yeti RAMBLER® – 10 OZ
Wine Tumbler (each a “Fifth Prize”). No more than twenty-one (21) Fifth Prizes, three (3)
per Entry Period, will be available. The ARV of each First Prize is $25.
G. Odds of Winning a Sweepstakes Prize: The odds of winning a prize depend on the
number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during each respective Entry Period.
H. Total ARV of all Prizes: The total ARV of all prizes is: $11,685.
