Prize: The Winner will receive a trip to Couture’s Maple Shop & Bed and Breakfast in Westfield, VT (the “Farm”) for the Winner and one guest, which will include:

• Two nights lodging (one room, double occupancy) (Friday/Saturday October 1-2, 2010 or Saturday/Sunday October 2-3, 2010) at Couture’s Maple Shop & Bed and Breakfast. Lodging includes an organic breakfast at the Farm for the Winner and his/her guest for two mornings during their stay at the Farm. If the Winner is unable to take the trip during either of the above-specified dates, the prize will be forfeited.
• Roundtrip coach airfares between the major commercial airport closest to the Winner’s residence for two adults, including the Winner, to Burlington, VT. If the Winner resides within 200 miles radius of the Farm, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.
• Reimbursement up to $300.00 for the actual cost of a two-day rental of an environmentally-friendly and fuel-efficient car such as a hybrid car (or if a hybrid car is not available a mid-size car) upon submission of an original receipt to travel between Burlington airport and Couture’s Maple Shop & Bed and Breakfast and $25.00 for gas. In the event the Winner prefers not to drive to the Farm, the Winner will be reimbursed upon submission of an original receipt for up to $300.00 for the actual cost of his/her transportation via car service to the Farm; the Winner will not receive $25.00 for gas is such service is used.
• Reimbursement up to $50.00 for the actual cost of a car service or taxi from Winner’s residence to the departure airport (and return trip) or parking at the departure airport up to $50.00 upon submission of original receipts.
• Meal allowance, up to $65.00 per dinner per person for two dinners (total of $130.00 per person), and $40.00 per lunch per person for two lunches (total of $80.00 per person), for a maximum aggregate total of $420.00, during Winner’s stay at the Farm.
• A Food, Inc. DVD
• A Camera/Flip with a retail value of no more than $100.00.
• An interactive educational experience on the Farm by active participation by the Winner in light farm chores for up to 4 hours per day on the Farm (to be divided as needed or desired by the Farm).
• A tour of the Farm.

The Sponsor will be responsible for arranging flight (or ground transportation), car rental (or car service) and lodging reservations (in connection with which the Winner will be consulted). The Sponsor, however, retains the right to exercise discretion, which discretion will be final.
Approximate aggregate retail value of the prize: $2500.00.
