Prizes: Up to SEVENTEEN (17) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive ONE (1) year worth of rides (up to but not exceeding 104 rides) from Uber (each ride not to exceed $25.00) for his/her registered Uber user account used via the Uber App in the United States. Alcohol beverages are not part of the prize. All rides must be requested and completed prior to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2018. If there are insufficient entries or a Grand Prize Winner forfeits the prize for any reason, the Sponsor may conduct an alternate drawing, or choose to have the forfeited prize remain unawarded. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $2,600.00, for a total Approximate Retail Value of $44,200.00.

Winner Determination: Grand Prize Winners will be determined in a random drawing on or about January 4, 2017
