open only to persons legally residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Province of Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or age of majority in their home state or province of residence on the date of entry in this Sweepstakes who are followers of Starbucks Frappuccino Twitter account (@frappuccino).
You can also enter through the Instagram™ application on your mobile device if it is linked with your Twitter account and you are a follower of the Starbucks Frappuccino Twitter account
Users will then be required to take a photo or select a photo that the user may have previously taken, which demonstrates what the Daily Challenge is looking for and Tweet the photo to @frappuccino via Twitter or check the Twitter box and upload the photo through the Instagram™ application to @frappuccino and include the hashtag #frappuccinohappyhour in the Tweet or caption.
