During the Submission Phase, an eligible contestant must logon to such
contestant’s Instagram or Twitter account and post an image of a Dad Win [a “win” is any
action performed by dad that can be constituted as a parental achievement. Examples: a
solution to fixing a broken toy, an elaborate train track assembly, child’s dinner on the table,
kids in bed with no complaints, etc.] that displays dad’s daily achievement of being an
awesome dad with the hashtag “#DadWin” and tag @sproutchannel to receive one (1) entry
into the Contest. A contestant, or the submitted acting on behalf of the contestant, must
have a public account on Instagram or Twitter for winner notification purposes to be eligible
to win/claim a daily prize as set forth in Section 8.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per contestant per day and a limit of one (1) entry per unique
image, regardless of the number of times an image is posted. A “day” is defined as starting
at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on a calendar day. By submitting an entry,
each contestant agrees that contestant’s entry complies with these Official Rules, including
the Entry Guidelines and Requirements set forth in Section 4 of these Official Rules. Each
contestant also agrees that Sponsor or Administrator may disqualify the contestant from the
Contest if Sponsor or Administrator believes, in their sole and absolute discretion, that an
Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Sponsor or Administrator rejects any Entry,
such Entry will not appear in the gallery, will be disqualified and will not be considered a
valid Entry.

By entering, each contestant warrants and represents the following with respect to
contestant’s entry: (a) contestant is the sole and exclusive owner of the entry; (b) the
entry is 100% original and contestant’s own creation; (c) the entry will not infringe on
any rights of any third parties; and (d) that contestant has not and will not take any
action that interferes with the rights granted to Sponsor under these Official Rules. By
submitting an entry, contestant hereby grants permission for the entry, including the
contestant’s Instagram ID, to be posted on the Sponsor’s website or other website for public
view.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

A. Prizes (11): Ten Winners (each a “First Prize Winner”) will each receive a two gift cards
each in the amount of (i.e. one $50 gift card for Stub Hub and one $50 gift card for Best
Buy). One Grand Prize Winner will receive a 50 inch flat screen television, game
console and a gift card (in an amount determined by Sponsor. The ARV of each First
Prizeis $100 and the ARV of the Grand Prize is $2000.

B. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes available in the Contest is $3,000.
