To vote, log onto www.SmarterPetCare.com. Only one (1) vote per day per email address for each entry posted. Although you may vote for multiple entries per day, you may only vote once per day for any particular entry.

There are two ways to win: by the most valid votes, and by the Judges’ criteria,

Entrants one through five of said top ten (10) as evidenced by the most valid votes shall each receive a Semi-Finalist prize
Entrants six through ten of said top ten (10) as evidenced by the most valid votes shall each receive an Honorable Mention prize, and said entries shall be rolled over into the next applicable Entry Period.
The remaining valid entries which have not received the top ten (10) most valid votes shall be reviewed by Judges. Of these remaining entries, Judges shall choose:
Five (5) entries to receive a Semi-Finalist prize
Five (5) entries to receive an Honorable Mention prize, and said entries shall be rolled over into the next applicable Entry Period.

As part of the Finalist Prize acceptance, Finalist winner must agree to attend the Smart Pets Contest Awards Gala to be held in San Francisco, California on September 27, 2014
One (1) Grand Prize to be chosen by Judges from the six (6) Finalists and to be announced at the Smart Pets Contest Awards Gala
Grand Prize includes (approximate retail value, $15,000)
Choice of:
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) OR
One (1) standard color 2014 Smart® Passion Coupe (color as available at the applicable dealership), equipped with standard features, to be purchased at the dealership in the metropolitan city closest to Grand Prize winner’s city of residence.
Grand Prize winner must arrange to pick up the car at the participating dealership.
Three Hundred Dollars ($300) for transportation from Grand Prize winner’s city of residence to the participating dealership.
Purchase of Smart® Car shall include all sales taxes, document fees and vehicle registration fees BUT WILL NOT INCLUDE insurance. Grand Prize winner will need to furnish the necessary insurance documents, and any other documents as may be necessary to take possession of the car.
Travel arrangements for the Finalist Prize must be booked by September 1, 2014; travel must be completed by September 28, 2014.
