Prize: (2 winners) 3-day/2-night trip for two people (grand prize winner and one guest chosen by grand prize winner who must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure) to Los Angeles, California. Grand prize includes hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only), round trip economy class airfare from the nearest major U.S. airport to the grand prize winner’s home to Los Angeles (grand prize winner and guest must travel to and from the same airport and have the same travel itinerary), and transportation to and from the airport in Los Angeles. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the grand prize and select hotel accommodation at its sole discretion. In Los Angeles, the winner and guest will receive make-up application by a Sephora make-up artist in the winner’s hotel room. In addition, the winner will receive two tickets to the NBC Universal Emmy Pre-Party. All other expenses related to acceptance of the grand prize not explicitly listed herein as being part of the grand prize are the responsibility of the grand prize winner and guest, including all taxes and departure taxes, airport transportation fees and taxes, excess baggage charges, itinerary change fees, insurance, spending money, tips and any travel, hotel or other charges. Travel must coincide with the NBC Universal Emmy Pre-Party (currently scheduled for September 19, 2009). Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion, and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute with either the cash value of the prize, or a prize or prizes of equal or greater value.
