Grand Prize (1): 4 night/3 day trip for winner and one adult guest to Napa Valley, CA. Trip package consists of:
• round trip coach air transportation for two from a major commercial airport near winner’s home
• 3 night’s lodging (standard accommodations, double occupancy)
• 3 day’s economy class car rental in California
• certain activities in Napa Valley selected by Sponsor (and subject to availability), which may include (at Sponsor’s discretion) a private winery tour/tasting with Sponsor’s winemaking team, the creation of winner’s own wine blend, a case of winner’s Private Reserve wine with own wine label (where legal), lunch at Sponsor’s winery, escorted limo tour of Napa Valley, spa treatments, 3 dinners, winner’s choice of either lunch on the Napa Valley Wine Train or a wine country cooking class, or a hot air balloon ride, and two tickets to a Napa area theatre. Notice: If winner resides in a state that does not permit the awarding of the case of Private Reserve wine, winner will receive a check for $150 in lieu of the wine. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2012, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Trip requires 21-day advance reservations. Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and restrictions apply. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. All travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent selected by Sponsor. Winners who live within a 200-mile radius of hotel designated by Sponsor will not receive the air-transportation or car rental portion of the prize. In order to accept the car rental portion of the prize, Winner must meet the car rental agency’s age requirements, sign the rental agency’s standard car rental agreement, and have a valid major credit card. Winner will be responsible for all gratuities, meals and ground transportation not specified, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules. If any events are delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Approximate retail value (ARV): $3,525. Approximate retail value of prize package may vary, depending on the point of departure.
