From here, you as a Rue La La member (“Referrer”) will be able to refer a friend to join Rue La La via an email invite. Simply enter your friend’s email address and follow the on screen instructions. Upon referring a friend during the Promotion Period, the Referrer will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

For new members, joining through referral during the Promotion Period: Upon registering with Rue La La, new members will also have the opportunity to be entered into the Promotion by referring their friends to join Rue La La via the “Invite” Section of the website. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS AND PRIZES/ODDS: An electronic randomized drawing will be held on or about Tuesday, February 8, 2011 by Realtime Media, Inc., an independent judging organization, to select one (1) Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for winner and a guest to Round Hill Resort Jamaica. Grand Prize package includes: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest; Master Villa Suite with a semi-private pool, located in one of Jamaica’s beautiful hillside villas for a total of six (6) days/five (5) nights for two (winner and a guest); Ground transportation to and from the airport and resort. Package details are based on double occupancy and includes tax and service charges, along with breakfast daily (prepared by the Cottage Housekeepers). Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,011.00. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and his or her guests. Accommodation reservations must be made by April 30, 2011. Travel must occur between May 1, 2011 – October 31, 2011. The Grand Prize package is non-transferable or extendible beyond the validity dates, and retains no cash value. The gift certificate includes service charge and sales tax. Reservations are accepted on a space available basis. If the winner is unavailable for travel on the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another potential winner in its sole discretion. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. “Minor” children (anyone under the age of majority in their state of residence, which is eighteen (18) in most states, but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and the age of majority in Mississippi) may accompany winner as a travel guest only if Minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner or one of the winner’s guests and only if the parent or legal guardian of any Minor guest has signed a release on behalf of the Minor. Minor may not be younger than the age of 14 at the time of travel. Minors must be accompanied at all times during the trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by Minor’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license, visas, and/or valid passports, if and as applicable) required for travel within the United States.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportations companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any trip prize-related services or accommodations. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation or other prize provided to the Grand Prize winner.

Additional prize award details and travel information are to be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of the Grand Prize notification. The Grand Prize winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of resort/hotel check-in. The total ERV of all of the prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) (USD). The ERV of the prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
