One (1) grand prize winner will be selected randomly by Sponsor on or about November 18, 2013 and will win a Kelly Clarkson meet & greet in New York City, as described below. The odds of winning each prize are based on the number of eligible entries received by rue21 for the prize.
Prizes: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a Kelly Clarkson meet & greet, which includes the following:
2 tickets, for the winner and a guest, to a meet & greet with Kelly Clarkson in New York City
two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major airport nearest winner’s hometown to New York, New York; and
two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, one room, triple occupancy) in New York City
Ground transportation to and from the meet & greet event for the winner and a guest
(21) Runner up winners will also be selected randomly by sponsor on or about November 18, 2013 and will win a Kelly Clarkson Prize Pack, which includes the following:

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) which may vary depending on travel itineraries, costs of air transportation and various other factors at time of award, and approximate combined retail value of all prizes is Three Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($3,700.00).
