ELIGIBILITY: Participation is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of one of the following states: AL, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, UT, VA, WA, AND WV.

TO ENTER: There are two methods of entry: (1). Visit Rite Aid Pharmacy’s website at www.riteaid.com/feedback [riteaid.com] and complete the registration and feedback form. Upon submission you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Rite Aid Pharmacy’s computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of submission. (2). Visitors to any Rite Aid Store may pick up a feedback form at the front register or at the Pharmacy Counter, fill in the required information, and drop the postage paid feedback form into any mailbox.
