Without a Purchase/Online Code Request: To obtain an Entry Code without making a purchase during the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants must send an email to info@nsmonline.com with the subject line “Pepsi Sip Snack Toss Entry Code.” An Entry Code will be emailed back to the entrant at the email address used to request the Entry Code. After eligible entrants have obtained a UPC code, eligible entrants must login to their Sweepstakes Account via the App or the Website PepsiSipSnackToss.com and enter their e-mail address, create a password that meets the stated formatting requirements, and follow the on-screen prompts to submit the UPC code (each a “UPC Code Bonus Entry”). Eligible entrants will receive ten (10) UPC Bonus Entries for each UPC Code redeemed. Eligible entrants can redeem up to a maximum of five (5) UPC codes for a total of fifty (50) UPC Bonus Entries. There is no purchase required to receive a UPC code.
PRIZES:
• Weekly Grand Prizes: Each Weekly Grand Prize winner will receive a year’s supply of Pepsico Beverages and Snacks, which will be awarded as one (1) case of Frito-Lay chips/snacks (“Snacks”) and one (1) case of PepsiCo beverages (“Drinks”) each month for a total of twelve (12) months. For Snacks: Each case shall contain thirty (30) single-serve bags. For Drinks: Each case shall contain twenty-four (24) beverages. For Snacks and Drinks: The brand, flavor and size of each product included in the cases shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winners do not have a choice of which case of Sponsor’s product they will receive and must accept prize as stated or prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $1,166.40. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes prizes for each Weekly Entry Period is $29,160.00. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes throughout the Sweepstakes Period is $174,960.00. Winner must accept prize as stated or prize will be forfeited.
• Weekly First Prizes: Each Weekly First Prize winner will receive two (2) items of Swag from the Sweepstakes Swag Prize chart below. The combination of Pepsi Zero Sugar Wooden Stickers and Pepsi Zero Sugar Men’s or Women’s Rebook T-shirt Black will be awarded first each week, and the remaining prizes for each week will be awarded at random. Each First Prize shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Winners do not have a choice of which First Prize they will receive and must accept prize as provided or prize will be forfeited. The ARV of each First Prize is set forth below. Total ARV of all First Prizes for each Weekly Entry Period is $3,418.26. Total ARV of all First Prizes throughout the Sweepstakes Period is $20,468. Winner must accept prize as stated or prize will be forfeited.
