Upload a photo of the nominee and in 200 words or less, share their inspirational story and the challenges he or she has faced, and explain how a new look would help “color their confidence.”

 The Winner and their Nominee will win a trip to Los Angeles, California (two round trip airfares to Los Angeles) and a two-night stay at the Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel in Beverly Hills (one room; double occupancy). The Winner and Nominee will both receive a makeover at the Angus Mitchell Salon (including a haircut, hair color transformation and makeup application with a master stylist) with a suggested retail value of $850.00, transportation by Town Car to and from the hotel and an American Express Gift Card in the amount of $100.00 each, for a total of $200.00. The value of the Grand Prize is approximately $3,275.00, but it will vary due to the difference in airfare travel costs. Taxes, fees and all other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of Winner(s).
