Prize: Grand prize winner will receive a modified 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4-door, and a trip for Winner and a guest from the major airport closest to Winner’s home to the 2013 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prize includes one-way, coach air travel, one night hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy), ground transportation from McCarran International Airport to hotel and the SEMA Show. Grand Prize Jeep will be modified to include Omix-ADA, Rugged Ridge, Alloy USA, Outland Automotive, and/or Precision Gear branded equipment and accessories such as wheels, tops, suspension kits, winches, bumpers, seat covers, and doors. Jeep prize will be delivered at, and must be collected by Winner, in Las Vegas, Nevada at the SEMA Show on or about 11/7/2013. Jeep vehicle prize will be awarded with incidental mileage due to use by Sponsor during 2013 at trade shows and marketing demonstrations. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted. If a winner is a minor in his or her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent or legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself or herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner is responsible for the transportation of vehicle following delivery in Las Vegas to Winner’s residence or other location. Winner is responsible for procuring, and for the cost of, all title/transfer, registration, taxes and insurance on vehicle and for all costs of such transportation, including any shipping, fuel, meals, lodging or other travel costs. Winner will incur greater transportation costs as the distance from winner’s residence to Las Vegas increases, such as for residents of Alaska and Hawaii. All costs and expenses not expressly specified herein as Sponsor’s responsibility are solely the winner’s responsibility. If winner cannot accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $46,000.
