Prizes:
 Sweepstakes Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice of an all-new 2013
 Dodge Charger SRT8 and $5,000 (to be applied to taxes) or a check for $50,995.
 Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of
 exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if
 permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed
 driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is
 responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance
 and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the
 automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
 $50,995.

 ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Skip Barber Racing School.
 Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a
 major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to
 major airport near Monterey, CA; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel
 determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); four
 (4) day car rental allowance; Skip Barber two (2) day High Performance Driving
 School at the Mazda Raceway in Laguna, CA; and $500 spending money. Winner
 and travel companion must be licensed drivers and will be required to provide proof
 of insurance at time of delivery. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car,
 that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the
 trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Winner must
 travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be
 forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to winner. Trip must be booked at least thirty (30)
