Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 2011 NewNowNext Awards (the “Event”) tentatively scheduled for April 2011. two (2) nights deluxe hotel accommodations at a Los Angeles boutique hotel (as determined by MTVN in its sole discretion) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) and (iii) two (2) VIP tickets to the Event .
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,000.00.
