THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: Hand and/or power tools, determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. ARV: $400.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for four (4) to one (1) game of the MLB World Series championship (the “World Series Game”) to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for Winner and three (3) guests (the “Guests”) from a major airport near Winner’s home in the United States to a major airport near the World Series Game location (both such airports to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); roundtrip ground transportation between hotel and World Series Game; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); four (4) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guests to attend the World Series Game, seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and a $300 check that may be used as spending money or for transportation between airport and hotel, for Winner only. Winner must complete the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least seven (7) days prior to departure. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All costs and expenses (including incidental travel costs) associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to, transportation costs, meals, gratuities, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, baggage fees, airline fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Unless a child of Winner, each travel companion must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor and the MLB Entities are not responsible if World Series Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,300.
