Prize (1): The winner will receive six (6) Miller Lite-branded NFC-embedded 10K gold rings with garnets, sapphires, cubic zirconia, and lab-grown diamonds (sizes determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), the opportunity to receive “beer for life”, awarded as $10,000 made payable to the winner via digital prepaid card, plus $3,000 made payable to the winner to help offset, but not completely eliminate, any tax liability associated with prize acceptance (“Prize”). Only one (1) Prize will be available in the Contest. The ARV of the Prize is $16,000.

To unlock access to the $10,000, the winner must distribute five (5) of the rings to his/her friends (intended to include those depicted in the winning Entry but may be any five [5] people who are each at least twenty-one [21] years of age (collectively, the “Group”), in his/her sole discretion) and each person in the Group must download a Sponsor-provided app to his/her mobile device. App download is free. Once the app is downloaded on all six (6) mobile devices, the Group must open the app on each of their mobile devices and bring all six (6) rings into proximity of the mobile devices while the app is open. The app will detect the NFC IDs of each ring. Once the app detects all six (6) rings are in proximity, the Group must follow the prompts in-app as well as any other Sponsor-provided instructions for the winner to claim the $10,000 digital prepaid card. The digital prepaid card will become accessible in the winner’s mobile device default mobile wallet app (ex. Apple Wallet or Google Pay). The winner MUST bring all six (6) rings into proximity of his/her mobile device while the app is installed, open, and running in order to claim the $10,000. If the winner does not follow these instructions by February 1, 2022, the $10,000 portion of the Prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded. Only the winner will be able to claim the $10,000 digital prepaid card.
