(a) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for use by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to New York, NY from on or around May 1, 2011 to on or around May 3, 2011. Dates are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. Sponsor is not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept prize. The trip will include (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to New York, NY. MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles New York, NY; (ii) two (2) nights deluxe hotel accommodations in New York, NY for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) concert tickets to see Kylie Minogue (the “Concert”); (iv) the opportunity for a meet and greet with Kylie Minogue (the “Meet and Greet” and, together with the Concert, the “Events”) (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).

First Place Prize: Each First Place Winner will receive one (1) Kylie Minogue prize pack (the “First Place Prize(s)”). The date for fulfillment of the First Place Prize will be on or around April 1, 2011, subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

(c) The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,400. The ARV of each First Place Prize is $55.00.

The total ARV of all Prizes is $2,565.00
