One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of
(a) round-trip air transportation for two to Oakland, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Sacramento, CA (the “Destination”) from the closest major commercial airport serviced by LITV’s choice of airline in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 300 miles of the Destination;
(b) two(2) nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only).
(c) two (2) exclusive tickets to the Tuesday Welcome Reception, Wednesday Tailgate event, Mainstage Concert, and Thursday Send Off Brunch throughout the event in Napa Valley, CA on November 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2022;
(d) (TOTAL Approximate Retail Trip Value (ARV) = $3,000).
