PRIZE: One (1) Trip Prize will be awarded. The trip prize includes a trip for two to New York City during 2011 Fall Fashion week. Winner must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor or he or she will waive the prize. Prize includes two round-trip coach airfares to and from airport closest to the winner’s home and New York City; hotel accommodations for two (one (1) standard room double occupancy for two (2) nights and three (3) days); and winner and guest will attend a red carpet event hosted by US Weekly, which includes transportation to/from event. (Total ARV $3000.)

During the winner’s stay in New York he or she will also participate in a Little Black Dress Wines Grand Prize dress contest. There will be one hundred (100) dresses provided by Loehmann’s on display. The winner will select a single (1) dress out of those 100. The winner will also be asked to complete mathematical skill testing question. Each of the 100 dresses have a corresponding sealed envelope, each envelope contains a number. If the number in the sealed envelope from the chosen dress matches a sealed envelope containing a pre-selected winning number and the winner correctly answers the mathematical skill testing question, the winner will win an additional prize of $1 million dollars to be paid in 40 annual equal installments with no interest.
