Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for winner and one guest to the The Buccaneer St. Croix, Virgin Islands resort on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Trip consists of 5-days/5-nights deluxe Oceanfront room hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at The Buccaneer St. Croix, Virgin Islands resort; two 25-minute spa treatments for two; breakfast daily; one dinner for two; and two $250 vouchers for air travel. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. (ARV: $4,950). Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be completed by March 30, 2015 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including additional air transportation, meals, souvenirs, luggage fees, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Released Parties (as defined below) disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.
