Judging/Determination of Winner: A panel of judges (comprised of marketing professionals from Sponsor and its marketing agency) will review all eligible Submissions on or about 8/1/2012 based on the following criteria: (a) creativity and originality of Submission; (b) promotional and marketing appeal of Submission; (c) ability of Submission to capture and express the spirit of the Kozy Shack brand. In the unlikely event of a tie, all tied Submissions will advance to the next round of the judging (the public voting round). On or about 8/6/2012, the top five (5) Submissions will be posted on the Web Site for purposes of public voting.
