Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to the 2009 Rose Bowl at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, CA on January 1, 2009. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s residence, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), two tickets to the game on January 1, 2009 and a check for $200 to be used towards ground transportation and meals. The estimated retail value of the prize is $3,500. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. All travel must be completed from December 31, 2008 through January 2, 2009, or on dates specified by Sponsor. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to airline, hotel, game scheduling, and blackout dates, and are subject to change. If winner is unable to travel on designated dates, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. Meals, tips and other expenses not explicitly included in prize package (including ground transportation and meal expenses over $200) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes in connection with prize, including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. Prize is nontransferable, nonassignable, and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves right to award prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for and assumes no liability for cancellation or unavailability of specific flights, hotels or other attractions. In the event the 2009 Rose Bowlâ is cancelled or postponed for any reason out of Sponsor’s control, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided.
