One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the winner and a guest to New York City to attend a Rolling Stone Live Private Concert Event Featuring Cold War Kids on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at the Highline Ballroom located at 431 West 16th Street New York, NY.
The trip consists of:
• round trip coach air transportation (for prize winner and one (1) guest) from major airport nearest prize winner’s place of residence (Approximate retail value [“ARV”]: $1,300),
• hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (double occupancy) (ARV: $500),
• two (2) tickets to the Concert (ARV: $200), and
• a cash prize of $2,600 (in the form of a check or gift card, at Sponsor’s discretion).
