Including a written statement of at least 20 characters in length with the theme “WHAT DOES YOUR HAIR COLOUR MEAN TO YOU” (“Submission”). The Submission must not violate the Submission Restrictions defined below.

• The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights;
• The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Sweepstakes, or competitors of Sponsor;
• The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks of any entity (other than the Sponsor’s Marks (defined below), which entrant has a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating and uploading a Submission in this Sweepstakes;
• The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
• The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
• Submission of “WHAT DOES YOUR HAIR COLOUR MEAN TO YOU?” statement must be at least 20 characters in length.

One (1) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Submissions received on or about October 30, 2013.

Grand Prize: Winner will receive one year’s worth of John Frieda® Hair Care products (up to $300), consisting of winner’s choice of twelve (12) John Frieda® shampoo full size units, twelve (12) John Frieda® conditioner full size units and twelve (12) John Frieda® styling products (including up to six (6) John Frieda® Precision Foam Colour units).
