One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive an invitation for the Winner and one (1) guest to attend a VIP dinner at Stefans at L.A. Farm in Los Angeles, California, hosted by Stefan Richter (the “Event”). The date and time of the Event is to be determined, but must occur (and Winner must be able to travel) between November 1, 2013 and April 30, 2014 (the “Event Period”). Prize consists of an invitation to the Event for Winner and one (1) guest and $3,600 in cash. The Prize does not include any transportation to or from Los Angeles, California, transportation while in Los Angeles, California, hotel or other lodging or meals (including the Event dinner). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,800.00.
