How to Enter the Sweepstakes:
a. Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit the Website and complete and submit the
registration form. Then, follow the directions to create an eCard. You can then share your
eCard, to receive Sweepstakes Entries as follows. Please note: we will use the email address
you provide to contact you if you are selected as a Winner (as defined below), so please be
sure to provide accurate information:
– Up to one (1) Entry per day for sharing the eCard with at least one (1) person via email.
We will share the eCard on your behalf as long as you provide us the (a) name and (b) a
valid email address of the individuals with whom you would like to share. As more
completely discussed below, we will not collect or use this information in any way except
to confirm that your eCard has been shared. Please note that if you share another
person’s name and email address, you must have his or her consent to do so or you will
be disqualified from the Promotion;
– Up to one (1) Entry per day for posting the provided link to your eCard on Twitter; and
– One (1) Sweepstakes entry for each eligible Entrant who registers for the Promotion
through an eCard you share on Facebook, for a total of up to twenty-five (25) Entries
through Facebook during the Promotion Period.
Selection of Finalists and Winners: Finalists and winners for the Contest and
Sweepstakes will be selected via the processes set forth below.
a. Contest:
i. Phase One: During Phase One of the Contest, qualified judges selected by Sponsor in
its sole discretion will select the best forty-two (42) Submissions (each Entrant of such
Submissions, a “Finalist”) based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”). Finalists
will be notified on or around September 19, 2014:
– Creativity (50%);
– Fit to Contest Theme (40%) and
– Video Quality (10%).
ii. Phase Two Winner Selection: During Phase Two, our judges described above will
select the Grand Prize winner from all eligible Finalist Submissions based on the same
Judging Criteria. In the event of a tie or ties, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine
the Grand Prize winner based on the Finalist Submission that received the highest score
in the Creativity category.
iii. Sweepstakes Winner Selection: Administrator will randomly select the potential
Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries on or around February 2, 2015.
Contest Prizes
a. Contest, Phase One:
FORTY-TWO (42) FINALIST PRIZES: We will award forty-two (42) Finalist Prizes, described
below. Hotel, airline, airfare, and airports, hotel stay dates and dates of travel will be selected
in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Once Finalists have been contacted and provided the required
Declaration, Sponsor will book the hotel and air (or ground transportation) reservations on
behalf of the Finalists. Please note: each Finalist must complete the hotel stay between
October 2, 2014 through December 15, 2014 or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety:
– A trip for two (2) (which must include the Finalist) to a Sponsor selected FRHI Hotel
& Resort (“FRHI Hotel”) located in Canada, the United States, Bermuda, Barbados or
Mexico which includes:
o Roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near
Finalist’s home to an airport near the FRHI Hotel; and
o Three (3) nights’ accommodations at the FRHI Hotel (single room, double
occupancy);
– A $500 Visa gift card (“Gift Card”), to which additional terms and conditions by Visa
will apply; and
– A GoPro camera and memory card, for use in Phase Two of the Contest.
(Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) each Finalist Prize: $2,870; total ARV all Finalist
Prizes $120,540).
b. Contest, Phase Two: We will award one (1) Grand Prize, described below. Airline, airfare,
and airports, will be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Once potential Winners have been
contacted and provided the required Declaration, Sponsor will book the hotel and air (or
ground transportation) reservations on behalf of the Winner. Please note: Winner must
complete the hotel stay by November 1, 2015 or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:
A trip for two (2) (which must include the Winner) to the Winner’s choice of a FRHI
Hotel located in Canada, the United States, Bermuda, Barbados or Mexico which
includes:
– Roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near
Winner’s home to an airport near the selected FRHI Hotel; and
– Seven (7) nights’ accommodations at the FRHI Hotel selected by the Winner
(single room, double occupancy);
Sweepstakes Prizes
d. Sweepstakes: We will award a total of 20 Sweepstakes Prizes as follows. Limit: One (1)
Sweepstakes Prize per Entrant:
– ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A Stearns & Foster® queen size bed set (includes mattress
and box spring) and a white light weight duvet (bedding collection determined in
Sponsor’s sole discretion). ARV: $2,000.
– FOUR (4) SECOND PRIZES: A BMW® bicycle (model determined by Sponsor in its
sole discretion). ARV: $1,200.
– SIX (6) THIRD PRIZES: A GoPro® camera. ARV: $300.
– THREE (3) FOURTH PRIZES: A Riedel® glass decanter. ARV: $295.
– THREE (3) FIFTH PRIZES: A Fairmont Bathrobe, one-size. ARV: $140.
– THREE (3) SIXTH PRIZES: A Le Labo™ scented candle. ARV: $70.
(Total ARV for Sweepstakes Prizes: $10,115 USD).
