One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for the entire Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) trip for two (2) people to San Francisco to see The Dead Weather perform at the Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival. Trip is four (4) days and three (3) nights, departing on Friday, August 28, 2009 and returning on Monday, August 31, 2009. Winner and winner’s guest must be available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with these official rules. In connection with the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner will receive the following: roundtrip coach class airfare for Grand Prize winner and their guest on an airline selected by Sponsor, from the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) nearest winner’s primary residence to the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) in San Francisco, CA; three (3) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor (one (1) room only, double occupancy, room and tax only); two (2) VIP backstage passes to see The Dead Weather at the Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival; $100.00 per day ($400.00 total) per diem for ground transportation; one (1) limited edition The Dead Weather gatefold vinyl album; and a one (1) year subscription to Filter magazine. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for the entire Grand Prize is US$3,050.00.
