PRIZE. TWO (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. ONE (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected on or about December 1, 2022 (“Grand Prize No. 1”) and ONE (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected on or about December 1, 2023 (“Grand Prize No. 2”). ONE (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive Grand Prize No. 1 which includes two (2) tickets to the 2023 GRAMMY Awards® in 2023 (date and location to be determined), two (2) coach round trip airline tickets from an airport closest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor), and two (2) nights standard hotel room accommodation (dates, hotel, and location to be determined or) (the “Grand Prize” or the “prize”). DUE TO COVID-19, FINAL DATES AND LOCATION OF THE 2023 GRAMMY AWARDS® and 2024 GRAMMY AWARDS® WILL BE DETERMINED AND FINALIZED BY RECORDING ACADEMY AT A LATER DATE.
