PRIZE: ONE (1) PRIZE (“Prize”): A five (5) day / four (4) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest ( “Guest,” the Guest and Winner shall collectively be referred to as the “Group”) to Honolulu, Hawaii (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room/double occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) consecutive nights at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina Hawaii; [2] if Winner’s residence is located other than on the island of Oahu, round-trip coach air transportation (with possible layovers) for the Group on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and the Honolulu International Airport, and [3] a voucher for airport/hotel transfers via SpeediShuttle when air transportation is provided. If the Prize is awarded to a nonresident of California, the Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $337.00, which will be withheld to defray payment of California nonresident withholding tax payable as a result of winning the Prize. ARV (if Winner is a resident of California): $4,494.24, or $4,831.31
