PRIZE
Among all valid Registration Forms or Mail-in Entries, ONE (1) single prize will be
awarded, subject to the conditions below, consisting of:
– VIP Grandstand Access for four (4) people to attend the Macy’s Thanksgiving
Day Parade to be held in New York, NY, United States of America, on November
28, 2013. (The tickets granted hereunder are not offered for sale and have no
estimated commercial value);
AND
– Round trip economy airfare for four (4) people from the airport closest to
Winner’s residence to New York, NY, United States of America, (airfare company
to be determined at the sole discretion of Cirque), having an approximate retail
value not to exceed Seven Hundred United States Dollars (USD $700.00) per
person. If the Winner resides 250 KM or less outside New York, NY, round trip
economy airfare may be substituted by ground transportation in the Sponsor’s
2 sole discretion. In such cases, no further or alternative prizing or compensation
will be provided;
AND
– Three (3) hotel night accommodations for four (4) people in ONE (1) standard
room at a hotel located in New York, NY, United States of America (four guests
to be accommodated in one single standard room, hotel and room to be
determined at the sole discretion of Cirque), having an approximate retail value
not to exceed Three Hundred United States Dollars (USD $300.00) per night;
AND
– A Five Hundred United States Dollars (USD $500.00) check payable to the
Winner;
AND
– A Five Hundred United States Dollars (USD $500.00) Macy’s Gift Card to be
spent at any Macy’s store in the United States of America;
AND
– Meet and Greet for four (4) people of select Cirque du Soleil artists (the Meet and
Greet session has no commercial value, the selection of the activity hereunder
shall be made at the sole discretion of Cirque, details such as date and time of
activity will follow);
The Prize must be used between November 26, 2013 and November 29, 2013. For
greater clarity, Winner must be available to travel to New York, NY between November
26, 2013 and November 29, 2013.
The total retail value of the Prize is approximately Four Thousand Seven Hundred
United States Dollars (USD $4,700).
