Grand Prize: (1 winner) Winner will receive his/her choice of A) a trip to Thailand (Approximate Retail Value: $23,800 U.S. Dollars) or B) a check in the amount of $5,000 U.S. Dollars. If winner chooses the trip, winner will receive a 7-day/6-night trip to Thailand for winner and one guest including round-trip business class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, round trip ground transfers between the airport and hotel in Thailand, 6 nights hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy), select tours/excursions (to be specified by Sponsor) and $5,000 spending money. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, upgraded room accommodations, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. The actual retail value of the trip prize will depend on winner’s point of departure/return and dates of travel. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary.

If potential Grand or First Prize winner is a U.S. resident, winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. To be declared a winner, residents of Canada (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her province of residence) must correctly answer an arithmetical skill-testing question and execute a Declaration and Release Form to release Procter & Gamble and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to contests and prizes within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. Winners will be notified by mail/overnight delivery. If Grand Prize winner selects the trip option, Grand Prize winner’s traveling companion must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 10 days of winner’s attempted notification. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as the winner’s guest. If a minor is selected as the traveling companion, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid passport, visa etc.) prior to departure. Travel must be completed within one year of notification. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of theOfficial Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
