Prize: (1 winner) Trip to New York City, two tickets to Spring 2011 STYLE360 Fashion Shows between February 1, 2011 and February 28, 2011 (hosted by Hachette Filipacchi Media US) and a wardrobe containing items selected by Sears. Wardrobe value not to exceed $500.00 USD. Trip includes two economy class, roundtrip air transportation tickets to travel from a major airport near the winner’s residence to New York, NY. Air transportation will not be provided if the winner lives within 100 miles of New York City. 3-days/2-night’s standard accommodations in one standard room, double occupancy. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,000. Actual value of prize will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. Grand prize trip is subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and other restrictions. Travel time pending final dates of STYLE 360 Spring 2011 fashion shows. Travel must be completed by March 31, 2011. If travel is not completed by March 31, 2011, prize will be deemed forfeited. Potential winner must accept prize in its entirety or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsors at their sole discretion. If winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses. Grand prize winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents. All meals, gratuities additional ground transfers, transportation, excursions, insurance, incidentals, departure, airport taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
