Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to Cleveland, Ohio. Grand Prize consists of: Two field box tickets for winner and guest to a professional league baseball game, round-trip coach air transportation to Cleveland, Ohio for winner and guest from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence, two nights double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations at the Downtown Cleveland Hilton Garden Inn, two passes to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, and dinner for two aboard the Nautica Queen Cruise Ship. Grand Prize does not include any costs or charges not expressly stated above, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals other than that mentioned herein, hotel incidentals, gratuities or service charges, all of which are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize winner and guest. Ground transportation will be substituted for air travel at the sole discretion of the Sponsor if Grand Prize winner lives within one-hundred (100) miles of Cleveland, Ohio. Alcoholic beverages are not included in prize. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, airfare and room rates at time of stay. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on dates specified by the Sponsors (tentatively scheduled for July 3rd-5th, 2009 but subject to change) or forfeit all rights to prize. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. No changes may be made to stay dates or accommodations once booked. If the winner is unable to partake of prize, s/he will forfeit the prize and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner. If prize is forfeited and there is time, an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest must complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel, except where prohibited. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older and must complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to stay. If the Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred prior to winner clearance, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to any winner other than to supply a trip to Cleveland, Ohio, minus the Event portion of the prize. Should this be the case, the prize must be taken within twelve (12) months from notification date.
