PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates expected to be November 15, 2017 through November 17, 2017 (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/dual occupancy room and room tax only) for two (2) nights at a hotel (selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion) in City; [2] two (2) tickets to the 18th Annual Latin Grammy Awards™ (“Event”) held on November 16, 2017; [3] $500 spending money for the winner. [4] if Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred (200) miles from the City, round-trip domestic coach air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located within the two hundred (200) miles of the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the hotel, and [5] airport/hotel transfers. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval apply. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation between the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic beverages, taxes (excluding hotel room tax), food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Grand Prize Winner must complete the Trip on Sponsor-selected dates on or about November 15, 2017 – November 17, 2017, or Trip will be forfeited in its entirety. Trip components are subject to change without notice. Grand Prize Winner and guest must follow all instructions and/or security procedures imposed during the trip, including traveling on the same itinerary. If Grand Prize Winner is eligible under these Rules but is deemed a minor in his/her state of primary residence (“Minor”), winner’s parent is required to execute Affidavit/Release on Minor’s behalf. If the guest is a Minor, Grand Prize Winner must be the guest’s parent. Minor must be accompanied by his/her parent at all times during the Trip. Guest will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to travel. Grand Prize Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D., credit card, Passport, etc.) before departure. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline tickets are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. Once the travel schedule has been arranged, it cannot be altered and failure of winner to follow such schedule shall not obligate Administrator or Sponsor in any way to provide the winner with alternate arrangements. Releasees are not responsible for airline or Event cancellations or delays. ARV of Grand Prize: $4,500, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.

TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Walmart® Gift Card worth $150 and an autographed CD. ARV of the CD is $11. The autograph and selection of the CD are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Total ARV of First Prizes: $1,610.

FIFTY(50) SECOND PRIZES: Each Second Prize Winner will receive one (1) Walmart® Gift Card worth $50. Total ARV of Second Prizes: $2,500. All terms and conditions of the Walmart® Gift Card apply. Gift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

“Prize” will henceforth mean Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize. Total ARV of all Prizes: $8,610.
