Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a fly away trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Nashville, TN, between January 22, 2010 and January 24, 2010 to attend an Anniversary Party and performance by Joey + Rory (the “Event”). Event dates subject to change in Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sweepstakes Entities, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept prize. The trip will include (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation within the continental US, including Alaska and Hawaii, for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities in its sole discretion) to the Nashville International Airport, or the nearest major airport, at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Nashville, TN; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Columbia, TN at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion in or around Columbia, TN for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) day car rental as ground transportation; and (iv) admission for two (2) to Marcy Jo’s Restaurant to attend an Anniversary Party, which will include, a special performance by Joey + Rory (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,950.00.
